Hourly Moving Rates:
1 Mover – $85/hour
2 Movers w/Truck - $125/hr
3 Movers w/Truck - $165/hr
4 Movers w/Truck - $205/hr
Packing Labor - $65 per hour per packer
(Includes truck, equipment, and basic supplies.) This tariff established the maximum charges for the transportation of household goods in Texas.
Final pricing depends on home size, distance, stairs, and any special requirements.
Additional Charges
$1 per mile (for travel outside local area)
Stair Fee - $25 per flight per mover. Additional fees may apply for oversized items such as safes, pianos, pool tables, or items exceeding 200 pounds.
Appliances - $30 each for disconnect/reconnect. This includes washers, dryers, and refrigerators that need to be disassembled to fit through doorways.
Gun Safe - $200 Solo. This is for single item gun safe delivery. This does not include fuel/mileage or stair fees if applicable.
Gun Safe - $50 extra w/move. This is with full/partial household moves that include a gun safe.
Pianos (Upright Only) - $200 Solo. This is for single item piano delivery. This does not include fuel/mileage or stair fees if applicable.

Single Bedroom (Brazos Valley) - $399. Flat rate pricing is based on typical household contents and reasonable access conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted based on inventory volume, stairs, distance to truck, or additional services.
Single Bedroom (1.5 hour radius Brazos Valley) - $499. Flat rate pricing is based on typical household contents and reasonable access conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted based on inventory volume, stairs, distance to truck, or additional services.
2 Bedroom (Brazos Valley) - $599. Flat rate pricing is based on typical household contents and reasonable access conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted based on inventory volume, stairs, distance to truck, or additional services.
2 Bedroom (1.5 hour radius Brazos Valley) - $699. Flat rate pricing is based on typical household contents and reasonable access conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted based on inventory volume, stairs, distance to truck, or additional services.
3 Bedroom (Brazos Valley) - $999. Flat rate pricing is based on typical household contents and reasonable access conditions. Final pricing may be adjusted based on inventory volume, stairs, distance to truck, or additional services.

To be Noted
A one hour minimum labor charge applies to all local moves.
A one-time trip fee of $50 - $125 may apply to cover travel time, fuel, and equipment preparation.
Mileage/Fuel - Long distance moves outside the Brazos Valley may be charged based on mileage. $1.50/mile
